Directions:
Now that you’ve begun thinking about how people are impacted by the problem as a whole, let’s break that “group of people” into individuals who are representative of subgroups of people. Those representative individuals are “personas” of their subgroups. Before you make those personas, review this article from usability.gov to learn more!
